Whole 30: Day 2

Boom! Day 2 is done and was another good, easy day. I also worked out for 45 minutes, just over 3 miles on the treadmill. Testing the running waters... Slowly. 

Today's menu-

Breakfast: Egg scramble with leftover pork chop and sautéed peppers

Lunch: 100% organic hot dog in a  lettuce wrap-topped with spicy mustard; leftover veggies, and strawberries. 

Snack: banana; homemade applesauce

Dinner: grass fed burger patty, sautéed onions, baked delicata squash fries

Round 2 of Whole 30: Day 1

Success! Today was easy peasy. The rest will be too, right?! 

Breakfast: not feeling too hungry. I had scrambled eggs cooked in ghee and homemade applesauce.

Lunch: lettuce wrapped hot dog (100% grass fed beef) and diced carrot.

Snack: banana and almond butter

Supper:  pan seared pork chop with herbs and steamed veggies (squash, zucchini, onion, sweet potato) with ghee, S&P
