This past weekend, David and I went on a much needed
weekend vacation. I have been so busy at school during these first few weeks. I was covering meetings at four schools, trying to see 50 kids at my main school, and on top of that all the paperwork that comes with working at a school. I’m so thankful things are beginning to
slow down…and I’m actually getting to see my kids!
So Friday we went to Creede. We stayed in this adorable little cabin at the edge of
town. While we were there this
weekend, we got to see a great play – “Tamin’ the Shrew.” The actors were each hilarious in their
own ways. This theater is very
well known for it’s wonderful productions and talented actors/actresses. So if you’re ever in Creede….
Creede is a beautiful little mountain town with no more
than 450 people living there year round.
At 9,000 ft., I’m sure the snow is unreal.
Here’s some pictures of our weekend!
